would this valance fit a 1972 1302 beetle my valance has the engine seal channel right at the highest point it can be right next to the engine lid catch tab also has taller cutouts for the exaust pipes and a wider span.

This Rear Valance will fit all models from 1968 onwards. It includes the inner seal channel for the engine surround seal. These have standard size tail pipe cut outs, so may not match if yours have been enlarged?
