Sorry no, the daytime running lights are a fairly low wattage so they don't need a direct feed to the battery. This loom is designed to ensure that a decent voltage is available to both the dip and main beams directly from the battery.
The inner spots generally are ok and work fine, its the outer two H4 lamps that suffer from a dim bulb when their voltages drop slightly.
