As a Magento Administrator you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance in the day to day running, operations and management of our Magento 2 Cloud Commerce website. You will work closely with our Magento Partners to resolve issues and identify ways to improve the overall performance of our website.

Main Responsibilities/Activities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and improvement of the website
  • Work closely with Magento Partner to support and develop a best-in-class eCommerce experience
  • Provide 1st line support for all web related technical issues
  • Effectively triage and troubleshoot both front and back end issues
  • Test and quality assure all work before pushing to live
  • Work with key stakeholders to clearly define business requirements and create comprehensive project briefs
  • Manage and maintain all product feeds to external applications
  • Ensure CMS pages are kept up-to-date and accurate
  • Support Ecommerce Analyst with development projects
  • Become the Subject Matter Expert for our PIM (Akeneo)
  • Define and document routine procedures
  • Perform daily checks on the health and performance of the website
  • Manage related administrative tasks

 Essential skills we will need you to have:

  •  Previous experience working with Magento eCommerce websites
  • Thorough understanding of how to work and use the back office of Magento
  • Strong aptitude for problem solving and analysis
  • Good understanding of UX/UI best practices
  • Experience of working with Product Information Management systems (Akeneo)
  • MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Good analysis and reporting skills

We are looking for an ambitious, data-driven Email Marketing Executive to work as part of the Marketing team, supporting the development and delivery of Heritage’s promotional and transactional email programmes. This role will focus on creating the greatest possible digital experiences for our customers, supporting the customer journey, driving continued engagements and increasing product sales.

 Main Responsibilities/Activities

  • Planning and delivering acquisition and retention email campaigns to maximise engagements
  •  Creating workflows for marketing and transactional email automation
  •  Analysing email performance, identifying opportunities and making data-driven decisions to optimise future campaigns
  •  Building and sending multi-regional and multi-language emails
  •  Designing and testing responsive email templates
  •  Managing dynamic content population and trigger-based email campaigns
  •  Working with key stakeholders to generate content
  •  Enhancing customer segmentation to allow for more personalised communications
  •  Regularly measuring and reporting against KPIs and success metrics
  •  Assisting with day to day administration tasks

 Essential skills we will need you to have:

  •  1-2 years of work experience in a digital marketing or email marketing role
  •  Experience of executing B2C and/or eCommerce campaigns
  •  Experience of working with email automation and eCommerce platforms (Klaviyo and Magento in particular)
  •  Good analysis and reporting skills

As a Car Parts Specialist you will manage the complete lifecycle of a product from identification to timely removal from range. Your responsibilities will include developing our current portfolio, identifying potential products, conducting market research, generating product requirements, determining specifications, timetables, pricing, and plans for product introduction and collaborating to develop marketing strategies. You will also use your expertise to help our customers to place orders over the telephone, and give technical advice via our support system.

Our current product range covers 25,000 different parts, and this number is constantly increasing. With suppliers worldwide, and our own exclusive manufacturing projects, keeping the right parts on the shelf and at the right price is a huge part of our business.   • Two or more years’ experience in a relevant commercial role (e.g. auto technician or parts adviser) or Automotive Engineering degree.

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our friendly Shoreham team.

As a warehouse supervisor, you will be responsible for your area of the warehouse through effective use of staff & resources. You will have responsibility for meeting department targets as well as improvement and development of your team members skills.

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our friendly Shoreham team.

As a Warehouse Operative you will be responsible for

  • Stock Control: Assisting in maintaining accurate records of stock held
  • Distribution: Assisting in providing an efficient and economic goods out service to both customers
  • Goods Inwards: Accurate checking, recording and putting away of stock

Our Sales team are on hand to assist with all types of enquiry throughout a customer’s buying journey. Whether it’s advising on restoration parts, double checking how many of an item are required, or being the go to person for us at an event, this role is fun, challenging and rewarding. It’s important to stress that you don’t have to know everything. Our team has a huge amount of experience between them when it comes to Volkswagen (and Porsche) parts and they are only too happy to pass this on to help out others.


Our business couldn’t function without the warehouse operations team. Responsible for picking, packing and dispatching the car parts that customers have purchased, they are the last link in a long chain before the end user receives their goods. Sending up to 1000 parcels a day our Goods Out team has to work efficiently together to ensure our customers get the best quality experience with Heritage Parts Centre.


A key element in the negotiation, purchase and management of over 25,000 different parts for VW and Porsche. Working at the beginning of the chain for our company, it’s critical that quality is not only present in the parts we source, but in the way we manage our procurement too. Communication is essential amongst the immediate team, and also with other departments.

Managing the arrival of new parts and deliveries from many global suppliers, dates and times must be coordinated with both our Warehouse team and with the Sales and Marketing departments too. The ability to prioritise workflow is most important, as is a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. An understanding of the automotive sector and appreciation of cars would be useful, and if you can speak a second language that is a real advantage.
