What's the difference between Left hand drive, and right? I would think the lights would be the same.

the beam pattern 'flick up' will be on the wrong side -headlamps designed for cars on UK roads (RHD) will have a flick up to the left this will not be acceptable in countries with LHD vehicles who will require a beam pattern ' flick up' to the Right . If you are in the US you will need to fit LHD designated headlamps.
