Re aero mirror - Does it have Made in German stamp? What color is trim ring that holds glass in place? Do you ship to U.S.? What is total cost, including shipping? Thank you

These won't have a Made in Germany stamp on them, the trim ring is white. Shipping to the USA would be approx £25.00-£30.00 depending on your location.
