Product Questions

Do you carry the large O-ring that fits over the fuel pump and seals against the plastic housing underneath the vehicle where the fuel filter is mounted? If not, does the pump come complete with this O-ring or do you know where I can get it? Thanks!
Question by: Veit Marschner on Oct 26, 2020, 8:52 PM
Unable to supply the O ring as a separate part, but they are included with this Pump.

First of I'd like to thank you for the prompt answer about whether this product comes with the sealing O-ring. I have heard of mixed reviews of the Topran brand. Where is this pump made and what are the warranty terms? I have seen this pump for Digifant equipped vehicles elsewhere for about $160. You offer it for less than a third of that price. I wonder how well your product will hold up.

Thanks for the enquiry. Looking at our system, it appears we haven't had any issues with these items in the past. They would be supplied like the majority of our items, with a years warranty, which is what the Genuine Volkswagen part would have had when purchased from a Main Dealer.
