  • Electronic Free Spool controlled by wired or wireless remote
  • 12500lb rated line pull with 26m synthetic rope
  • IP68 rated winch for dust and water resistance
  • 7.2hp 12V motor with 3 stage planetary gearbox
  • Triple LED drum lighting for low light recovery tasks
  • Suitable for front and rear winch installations

The Terrafirma EFS 12.5 Electronic Free Spool Winch brings together advanced winching technology, strong pulling performance and installation flexibility in one innovative package. Designed for universal front and rear applications, it is particularly well suited to discreet installations where access to a traditional free spool lever can be difficult. The standout Electronic Free Spool system allows the clutch to be engaged and disengaged using either the wired or wireless remote control, eliminating the need to physically reach the winch when deploying the rope.

Powered by a 7.2hp 12V series wound motor, the EFS 12.5 delivers a rated single line pull of 12500lbs (5670kg), making it a capable recovery solution for demanding off road, expedition and work vehicle applications. The 3 stage planetary gearbox with a 273:1 ratio provides controlled operation, while the automatic in drum brake contributes to secure load handling. Supplied with a 26 metre synthetic rope and alloy fairlead, this winch combines practical performance with reduced rope weight and ease of handling.

Designed with usability in mind, the integrated solenoid pack can be mounted directly to the winch or repositioned to suit the installation. Triple LED drum illumination improves visibility around the cable drum during low light recoveries, while the LED winch live feature provides a clear operational indication. Extra long power cables are included to simplify installation on vehicles with longer battery runs, including classic Defender applications.

Finished in a stealthy black powder coated finish, the EFS 12.5 combines modern styling with durable construction. With an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, dual multifunction wireless remotes, optional wired control and a compact overall design, this Terrafirma winch is an excellent choice for Land Rover owners seeking dependable recovery performance backed by innovative winching technology.
