Product Questions

I'm looking for a good oil that would be ok for a mildly modified engine (1641, upgraded heads, 120 cam and twin Kadron carbs) that has also been full flowed. Will this do?
Question by: Paul Simpson on 15 Jul 2021, 11:16
Yes, that Multigrade would be a recommend oil for the application you mention.
Answer by: Nick Bitton on 15 Jul 2021, 16:41
Would this oil be suitable for Karmann Ghia 1971 type 14. With temperatures in this part of Spain in summer averaging mid 30s in shade during the day and minimums of 17c . Winter average high teens to early twenties and minimums down to low single figures. Thanks
Question by: Bryan on 6 May 2025, 12:00
Afternoon Bryan,

As long as the engine isn't overheating I would prefer ML-001, HD30 due to the high zinc content of the oil. This is a must for all flat tappet engines.
