Vintage Speed Super Flow Exhaust system designed to suit Type-1 1600cc based engines up to 150hp in T2 Bay Buses. Designed to integrate well with the classic lines of your T2 Bay, this Tuck Style Tailpipe exhaust exits is mostly hidden behind the rear bumper and is therefore ideal for lowered buses. The large diameter tailpipe provides massively increased flow over the restrictive stock system, generating more power and a deeper, sportier exhaust note. 

Supplied with header pipes without heat risers to suit twin carburettor engines; the single carb header pipes are item AC251803B

Built in Stainless Steel & precision TIG welded to achieve a show quality finish; these exhausts are a work of art as well as being the must-have performance upgrade for your VW.

Vintage Speed Superflow exhausts utilise adjustable flange joints to allow them to be used with standard capacity 1600cc engines with 69mm stroke as well as larger capacity & stroker engines; ideal whether you've got a 1776cc or a stroker 2332cc

-Muffler sits approx 20mm higher than engine rear support bar, tail pipe exit is about 18mm below rear bumper.

The supplied adjustable flange joints allow the exhaust to fit with standard Heat Exchangers or J-Tubes, however if the standard slip joint doesn't satisfy you or you want to go for a larger diameter J-tube then we also sell the Vintage Speed Bolt-on flange adapters for larger diameter J-Tubes:
