I have a T3 with rect/squ lights, it is LHD, in order for it to be driven on UK roads the garage tells me i need a set of lights for RHD to be fitted. i.e 252-941-998/S is this correct?

Yes if the headlamps have not been changed from LHD spec you will need a set of headlamps with the correct pattern for using on UK roads
