Hi, I have a 1979 mk1 golf, and I need to replace the front panel. I am looking at your complete front panel for a mk1 golf, but there is not an option for my age. The one you have on your website is for ages between 1980-1984. Please could you tell me the differences between the one you have on your website and the one that I would need.
I have a late series 1 and so my tow hook is mounted to the front panel.

Thanks for the enquiry. Have just had a word with our product team and they say that the early version when it was available from our suppliers, was listed under a slightly different number, but they see no issue in installing this one to a 1979 model MK1.
