This is sold per metre, so if you ordered 3 metres, you should receive one length measuring 3 metres.

If this product can only be bought by the meter then would I have to buy 4meters when buying 3.1m length- wasting 90cm of product?

Hi, this is correct as we only supply whole metres. Unfortunately, this means that you will have most of a metre left over in your particular application.

Yes, the body mounted seal would need removing if using this style.
