Product Questions

part number 116 010 0026 does not fit tie rod ends on a 1968 - 79 Type2, I think you will find it will fit early Beetle/Karmann Ghia etc.
I have a bag of 10 of those boots here, I ordered Type 2 ones, but got sent these, totally useless to me as I mostly work on Type 2.
May I suggest you stick to one parts numbering system, the VW system, then we would all know where we stand, your staff included that obviously picked my parts incorrectly due to incorrect information at your end.

Thanks for contacting us. Part No 113-010-0026 is our suppliers Part No. We use the original VW Part No 113-415-835. If you can contact the Returns Department via https://www.heritagepartscentre.com/uk/returns they can look into the issue for you and sort replacements if required.
