This is the outlet pipe on the bottom of the fuel tank. Split buses did not originally have an elbow, but this still works fine and also helps to stop the pipe hanging down.

Hi what size is the nut

The nut external size is 22mm, internal is 17mm measuring with a vernier and thread is metric 1.0mm fine thread.
