Depending on core availability RANCHO may build this unit into a 3-RIB 002 casing or the traditional 091 casing.

Must include nose cone, output flanges, correct input shaft, and bell housing. If in doubt then please call to discuss before ordering]

I have a 1977 T2 Bay window van reg. RDP 910 R with 1600 cc engine. Will this gear box be a straightforward swap? I have difficulty getting into second gear.

It looks like the year range for this Gearbox is correct, you would however need to check your current Gearbox is a CU code also. The Gearbox would be a straight swap if the codes match.
