Conversion Kit For LT230 Transfer Box Ratio chnage to 1.6:1

Note only suitable for Transfer Boxes after serial number 226369E due to different dog teeth on the High Gear. Early type High Gear is also stocked if required. Please see our Technical Pages for info on serial number location.

Note if using this kit on a later 1.2 ratio box after serial number 551442F ( SUFFIX G from around 1995 ) you will need to change your Input transfer gear as well.

Kit consists of :-

• Inter Cluster
• High Gear
• Collapsible Spacer
• Centre Diff Nut
• Intershaft Nut
• Intershaft O rings

Depending on work being carried out and condition of your transfer box you may also require items such as Gasket & Seal Kit, Sealant, Bearings, Oil Seals. Please see our related products below.
