Reviews & Ratings
  • Made from 2.5mm mild steel for structural strength
  • 750mm extensions with joggled ends for easy fitment
  • Supplied with spring hangers and body mounts
  • Black powder coated for corrosion resistance

The rear quarter chassis on Land Rover Series II, IIA, and III 109" models is a common rust-prone area, especially around spring hangers and body mounts. The LR27 repair panel is UK manufactured from 2.5mm mild steel and finished in black powder coating for enhanced corrosion protection. It features 750mm extensions with joggled ends for a clean overlap onto the existing chassis, simplifying welding and alignment. Fully welded and supplied with spring hangers and body mounts, this panel offers a strong and reliable solution for restoring structural integrity. For added protection, applying WaxOyl or similar rustproofing inside the assembly is highly recommended after installation.
