Three down, three to go! It's just days until the Summer Solstice, and we're very pleased to report that June's event, the 3rd of 6 this year, was an absolute sunny delight!
Read on, and let us share just a few moments with you.
Less is more...
Often, when something is in shorter supply, people want it more. Consider special-edition RS Porsches, tickets to watch Oasis and Heretics events at Heritage HQ in 2026.
And that is because, to mark our 40th Anniversary, we've shaken the calendar up and organised 3 of our Heretics out 'On the Road'.
What does this mean for the car enthusiast living in our local area?
Well, the supply is halved, pushing demand up, resulting in a fantastic turnout and plenty of smiles on people's faces when the event does come home.

Watch the video
Welcome one and all!
Whilst we love catching up with our old friends every month, it's also great to see our event attracting new enthusiasts too. Whether that is an older owner revisiting their youth (and perhaps a car they used to own, or one that got away) or a younger driver, enjoying the freedoms of motoring in their first car. We say it to so many people; this hobby is much more fun when you know others who enjoy it too.
If June's event was your first, thanks for coming down and giving it a go. We hope you enjoyed it and look forward to seeing you again soon.

Gratitude
We don't take this community for granted, and we fully appreciate those who make these events happen too.
Of course, it would be nothing without you... Fortunately, you all love bringing your cars along, so please keep doing it!
A shout to Vas for jumping in at late notice to spin the tunes for us. Kate and Jack with their 'Little Vintage Tin' Coffee Truck, and Nate in the Nate's Kitchen Food Van.
From our side, Thanks to Gedi for the pics, Jack, Sophie, George, Chris and Simon for helping to keep the evening running smoothly.
And lastly, a mention to Mike B Designs, who was on filming duties - his video will follow shortly.

Chatting face to face
Maybe it was the weather, as no one was cold or sheltering from the rain, but the number of conversations, and groups chatting seemed to be up on previous months, or even years.
Everyone has a story, and most people are happy to share it. Stop and speak with a stranger (in a safe environment, with sensible precautions applied) you never know what you might learn, or who you might meet.

Where next?
Our tour of the UK continues next month when we set up in Leeds at The Motorist on Sunday 19th July. You'll find us there from 10 am to 2 pm.
The following month, we'll be at Great Northern Classics in Derby on Thursday 20th August, for another evening event, 6-9 pm.
As mentioned above, the Heretics season finale will be at HQ in Shoreham, on Thursday, 3rd September, 6-9 pm.
We hope you can get along to one or some of those. More details here.
