Reviews & Ratings

Front seat belt 3 point static with a modern black plastic buckle and black coloured webbing.
Hardware and instructions are included. 1 per seat.

All of our sea tbelts are manufactured in the UK and they meet all current UK MOT requirements. Out aircraft style pull up to release chrome buckle belts are specified to BSI standards. Our modern style push in buckle seats are specified to European standards. Both styles are equally safe but vehicles manufactured after December 1971 can only fit a push in buckle European standard belts at the front due to current legislation.

Any seat belt can be fitted to an earlier pre 1966 Beetle subject to appropriate mountings. All our front inertia mechanisms are designed to be mounted upright and come with brackets suitable for the 1966 onwards lower B post mounting. Your car may need a thread adaptor. We cannot supply the diagonal only seat belts as found on many early Beetles.
