The rear quarter chassis on Land Rover Series II, IIA, and III 88" models is a well-known rust hotspot, particularly around the spring hangers and rear crossmember. The LRD250 repair panel is UK manufactured from 2.5mm mild steel and finished in a durable black powder coat. It features 470mm extensions with joggled ends for a clean overlap onto the existing chassis, making welding and alignment straightforward. Supplied fully welded with all correct brackets, it includes spring hangers with bushes and dual exhaust hangers to suit both left- and right-hand drive vehicles. For long-term protection, it’s highly recommended to apply WaxOyl or similar rustproofing inside the assembly after installation.
