Reviews & Ratings
  • Ensures reliable control for headlights and electrical functions
  • Headlight switch for 71-79 Beetle, 71-72 1302 Beetle's, 71-74 Karmann Ghia
  • Requires escutcheon nut (Order 111-941-515/D) for installation

This headlight switch is designed for use with 1971-1979 Standard Beetles, 1971-1972 1302 Beetle's, and 1971-1974 Karmann Ghias. It features multiple terminals for proper connection to your vehicle's electrical system, including power to the headlight relay (56), running light terminal (58), dash bulbs (58b), and ignition switch (X).

When installing your new headlight switch, remember that only one of the two 30 terminals is used to bring battery power from the fuse box, so make sure to connect it properly. For secure installation, you will need the escutcheon nut (Order 111-941-515/D). This switch provides reliable control for your headlights and electrical functions, ensuring your vehicle’s lighting system works efficiently.
